Zhiyan Wei is Executive Vice President of the Freudenberg Automotive Sector, responsible for global business development, innovation strategy, and cross-border operations. He has extensive leadership experience in multinational industrial enterprises and has been instrumental in advancing localization strategies and strengthening Freudenberg’s competitiveness in China and other key markets.
Previously, Mr. Wei served as CEO of NOK Freudenberg China, where he led key growth and organizational transformation initiatives, enhanced operational efficiency, strengthened customer partnerships, and aligned global technologies with local market needs.
Mr. Wei brings a global perspective combined with strong local execution capabilities. He holds an MBA from Tsinghua University and focuses on bridging international management practices with China’s rapidly evolving automotive and industrial ecosystems.
